This is barely different from the LeBaron! Could've added a little more flair than a removable hard top, and different badges.

The best Maserati ever made. The best part about it is that it's not a real Maserati!
And of course, they still rebadge Chryslers today. The Charger makes a great Ghibli, but they need a Hellcat Heliogato, and now they have the first Trail rated Maserati in the SUV

Yeah, that is a very well appointed interior, but I didn't peek inside the car.

It was actually supposed to come out before the LeBaron, making the LeBaron look like a cheaper TC, but it got delayed. Since it came out after, the general consensus ended up being that it was just a tarted up LeBaron. Oh, what could have been.

We had one of these in the showroom a couple years ago. Those seats feel like sitting in a Lazy Boy.

We had a Chrysler TC by Maserati in the showroom, but we did just recently sell a LeBaron as well. It didn't make it into the showroom though.

The TC was supposed to make the LeBaron seem glamorous. The idea was the TC by Maserati comes out first as a pricey, exclusive, Italianate halo car, then the LeBaron comes along a year later offering very similar styling at an affordable price.
Unfortunately, production problems meant that the order got reversed, and instead of the LeBaron looking like an affordable TC, the TC wound up looking like an expensive LeBaron.
